Cache Cache
Blending French and American cuisine, Cache Cache represents the best of Aspen’s food scene. Service is impeccable yet friendly and the menu offers diverse options. Menu flavors include seafood, steaks, vegetarian options, and French classics. All of the ingredients are sourced from local Colorado greenhouses and farms. Matsuhisa

Hiking
Aspen is a hiker’s paradise with its diverse trails perfect for all skill levels. Hiking is a great way to experience the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains. For trails that cater to beginners, we recommend the Maroon Lake Scenic Trail and and the Hunter Creek Trail. For more seasoned hikers, we recommend Conundrum Hot Springs Trail which offers natural hot springs amidst the wilderness. The Capitol Peak Trail is also a challenging hike that exposes hikers to breathtaking views, vast cliffs, and rugged terrain.
White Water Rafting
Colorado has an abundance of rivers perfect for white water rafting. For beginners and families, we recommend the tranquil stretches of the Roaring Fork River which offers a more relaxing experience. The Arkansas river is also accessible and contains more difficult rapids perfect for those looking for more of a thrill. Lastly, the Colorado river’s Shoshone section offers more difficult rapids such as the “Grizzly” and “Tombstone” which are for advanced rafters. Ski/Snowboarding
